Payment Process
Confirm Order – we evaluate your order and confirm that everything is in order.
Deposit Payment – once the order is confirmed a 25% deposit is payable within 7 days.
Order Arrives – the order will arrive in South Africa approximately 45 days after the range’s listed month.
Final Payment – once the order has arrived you will be issued with an invoice for the final amount and it is payable within 7 days.
Dispatch Order – the order will be dispatched within 14 days of receiving the final payment.

*Should the client fail to make payments timeously, orders will be cancelled.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

QQF reserves the right to reduce the quantity ordered if unavailable from the supplier.

Minimum 3m order per colourway.

Minimum orders R4000.

Orders above R5000 will be free of any delivery charge.

QQF undertakes to dispatch your goods within 14 days of receipt of final payment.

All prices exclude VAT.

QQF cannot be held responsible for colour variances between a sample and the actual fabric received.

The price of products is based on the rate of exchange and shall be subject to adjustment in respect of any exchange rate fluctuations.

Payment details:

QQF do not accept cash payments. All payments must be done by EFT. Should a client pay in cash, a 1.5% cash deposit fee will accrue.
